Class Descriptions

Bloom Yoga classes are tailored for all levels of practitioners. We offer many posture options, focus on alignment, and breath awareness. All Classes are a rich blend of many yogic styles, and flow through balanced, graceful posture series.

Gentle

A flowing, meditative practice based on Hatha tradition. This class is designed to reduce stress, revitalize the body, and increase energy. Perfect for beginners; people with back, joint, or heart problems, or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class.

Moderate

An eclectic blend of many yogic styles and traditions merge to form this upbeat, dynamic class designed to challenge both body and mind. This class will build core power; increase strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Vigorous

This invigorating and challenging class will guide you through a series of focused, progressive postures to promote a cleansing sweat, reshape muscles, and condition the body and mind. Some knowledge of posture alignment is recommended.

Bloom Sculpt~Vigorous

3 to 5 lb weights will be used during this challenging class.  We will focus on building core strength and sculpting the muscles in the abs, arms, legs, and buttocks. Please bring a set of 3 or 5 lb weights.
